HR Generalist

Reporting

The Candidate will report to the Sr. HR Business Partner

Position Summary

This position contributes to company performance by providing tracking and strategic contribution on People and Organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. Performs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group. Will carry out responsibilities in entire employee life cycle and may carry out additional responsibilities include organizational design, employee development and learning development.

The Objectives of this role include

  • Support Organization effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy
  • The HR Generalist ensures the appropriate and effective use of HR processes, at all the existing locations
  • Be a champion of HR Operations, HR Partnering and HR Development activities
  • The HR Generalist supports the development of organizational capability, the effective implementation of talent management activities

Position Responsibility 

  • Work closely with the Leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Enforce Company Policies
  • Be responsible for Human resource administration includes HRIS, Selection and Hiring,  performance
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
  • Contribute to, and where accountable define policies and processes that support the SunEdison
  • infrastructure people strategy and objectives
  • Be an ambassador for the function and represent the SunEdison Infrastructure internally and externally


Position Experience 

  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • A Business acumen partnered with attention to the human element

Position Academic Qualification

Graduation in any discipline. BBA/MSW/Psychology, good to have.

Masters in HR (Good to have)

Desired Technical Skills 

Exceptional working knowledge in MS office includes Word, Power Point and Excel

Desired Soft Skills 

  • Strong Communication Skills (Language proficiency, Assertive and clear) in English and local language 
  • Ability to work in teams
